Your chance to going and shape and craft this position in what is a very exciting time of growth for this Travel Management Company.

Reporting directly into the COO you’ll lead a team of 9 pax who deliver C suite and high level incentive travel and conferences for clients in a wide range of sectors.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Building the department structure to support immediate client needs and future requirements
  • As mentioned, leading and empowering an awesome team
  • Being ultimately responsible for a growing part of the business with £9m in turnover currently
  • Managing RFPs and submissions for high end events with C suite level clients / stakeholders
  • You’ll be happy having lots of face time in their offices based in London, Kent and the North East and really engaging your team
  • Supporting your team on the delivery & execution of events globally for a range of clients
