I am looking for a supersonic Event Executive to join a privately owned agency based in Manchester who supply production services to a range of corporate clients and event agencies.
Their work spans live, hybrid and virtual experiences utilising cutting edge technology and techniques to form bespoke experiences for their clients and attendees.
What will I be doing?
Event Planning:
Provide day-to-day support for the event delivery team with tasks including,
- Project research
- Equipment booking
- Venue sourcing
- Note taking and communications for client meetings
- Collaboration with internal teams to brainstorm ideas and concepts for events
Event Delivery:
- Logistical support and operational delivery of events with plenty of onsite opportunities
Budget Support / Finance:
- Source competitive quotes and negotiate with suppliers where possible / appropriate
- Timely reporting and supporting with reconciliation on budgets owned by the Project Lead
Supplier Sourcing and Liaison:
- Source and manage supplier relationships
- Negotiating to ensure the best quality and cost
- Office support: Assisting in the management of inbound calls and office visitors, including meeting set ups
