The agency:

  • Part of a larger group the event team is x strong with some super talent
  • They deliver events globally for a range of corporate clients
  • Great location close to the City / Central London
  • Everyone goes in on a Monday with 2 other days in the office per week

    • The role:

  • Initial 9 month mat cover with a chance of going perm
  • The role will be working mainly with one of the agencies largest clients
  • This will be very much desk based with limited onsite during the contract
  • You will be charged with;
  • Sourcing, contracting and booking rooming blocks
  • Supporting with delegate management
  • Sourcing and managing supplier relationships
  • Working with the wider team post event to complete the final reconciliation for projects you work on
