The role:

  • Deliver small and medium scale projects from brief to onsite to post event reconciliation
  • Lead the event direction including health and safety, operations and sustainable practices
  • Maintain regular client contact ensuring they are kept fully abreast of project progress. Including preparation for/attendance at client meetings
  • Produce and act on all project documentation i.e., project plans for clients and internal documentation such as crew sheets and schedules.
  • Generate an accurate estimate of event costs managing this up to final reconciliation post event

    • The Agency:

  • Privately owned and have been in business for 30+ years
  • They work across multiple sectors delivering incentives, conferences, activations and much more in both virtual and live environments
  • Great structure with plenty of training opportunities and progression routes
  • Based in London and head into the office 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs)

  • The only absolute essential is previous agency experience
