There are a few qualities you need to be successful in events and this role encompasses most of them, they are:

  • An insane amount of attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly whilst maintaining the above
  • Being communicative, both internally and externally
  • A love of travel and going onsite across the globe
  • Lastly, whilst everything blows up around you keeping a smile on your face and a level of calm that would make a Buddhist Monk proud
