Small agency, big thinking! This events agency are fresh and growing but like a big agency you can expect full systems and processes in place. They are looking for an Events Project Manager to join their team of 15 people. Fully remote working you will work autonomously but will also be given lots of support and tools to help you succeed.

Here’s some of the responsibilities you can expect to fulfil:

  • Work closely with clients taking briefs and translating these working cross department
  • Build and take lead on project timelines / critical paths keeping clients up to date with status regularly
  • Source suppliers and venues from existing relationships but also bringing in new and exciting venues and suppliers to widen the agencies reach
  • Guide and support project coordinators with the build of registration sites and reporting.
  • Reconcile budgets post event and hold debriefs with clients & suppliers
